Whether you are looking to advance your multifamily property management career in Wisconsin or increase your community's net operating income (NOI), the CAM designation sets the industry standard for on-site management. You can complete your CAM training in person with an instructor through an NAA-approved education provider like AOMA Wisconsin, or self-paced online through Visto.

Ideal for: Property & Community Managers CAM is built for on-site apartment managers and experienced multifamily professionals overseeing day-to-day property operations. This credential focuses on community-level performance and operational excellence, including:

  • Team Leadership: Recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating high-performing on-site leasing and maintenance staff.
