The Apartment Owners and Managers Association of Wisconsin offers our members substantial benefits and outstanding resources for professionals in the apartment industry. Membership is available to apartment owners, management executives, developers, builders, investors, property managers, leasing consultants, maintenance personnel, suppliers and companies that provide products and services to the commercial real estate industry. Networking at meetings and social events provide valuable opportunities to share ideas with other professionals and to make new contacts with those in the industry. Membership Levels

APARTMENT OWNER OR MANAGER MEMBER

This category is for real estate professionals who own or manage multi-unit residential properties. Member companies will automatically become members of the National Apartment Association (NAA). Membership dues are calculated based on the total number of units in your management portfolio.

• Base Fee ($200) + $ Per Unit = TOTAL DUES

  • Greater than 1,500 Units = $.80 per unit

  • Less than 1,500 Units = $1.05 per unit

• Blue Moon Lease Users receive an additional $.25 off per unit
  
  

Apartment Owner/Manager Application

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MEMBER

Service professional provide valuable services to real estate professionals. Professional service members are approved by the Board of Directors as trusted leaders in their industry. Professional Service providers will also become members of NAA. Membership dues are a flat annual rate.
